Members will present a final draft for approval at the January meeting and Kelly will then write a covering staff report to explain the intent of the document and staff position. The whole package will be sent to Council and once approved, the committee’s feedback will be circulated to Halton Region planning staff for consideration. 7.2Private Tree By-law 1.Private Tree By-law.pdf Jo-Anne distributed the recommendation approved at the Planning & Development Committee meeting of December 3, 2019 and noted that it will go to the Council meeting of December 16, 2019 for final approval. Significant discussion took place on this matter and members asked if Steve Robinson, Manager of Urban Forestry could attend the January meeting. In addition, the committee discussed Norm speaking at the Council meeting on behalf of BARAAC. Action - Jo-Anne to contact Steve Robinson re: attending January meeting. Motion - BARAAC supports Norm Richardson delegating at the December 16/19 Council meeting on behalf of the committee. - CARRIED 8.Other Business: Jamie spoke about the Region of Halton's EIA position and suggested this item be a future agenda item. Jamie will circulate correspondence. Jo-Anne distributed and the committee reviewed the meeting schedule for the first six months of 2020.
