Capital budget action request form item #8 regarding the fire emergency response drone, item #10 regarding the new support vehicle - supervisor of bylaw enforcement, and staff directions (#3-9) were referred from the Committee of the Whole - Budget meeting held February 21, 2019.   All other items dealt with at the February 21 meeting.
