Motion to Waive the Rules of Procedure:

  Waive section 36, Notice of Motion, and section 52.3 (b) of the procedure by-law 31-21 as amended to waive notice requirements to allow a motion from CL-39-22, approved by Council on December 13, 2022, be added to the agenda for reconsideration.

  Approve the revised 2023 calendar of meetings for Council and standing committees attached as Appendix B to office of the city clerk report CL-39-22.

  Reschedule the January 23, 2023 Council Workshop meeting to a date to be determined; and

  Amend the 2023 calendar of meetings for Council and standing committees to include the new Council Workshop date once established; and

  Approve the 2023 calendar as amended.

  At 1:26 p.m. Burlington City Council moved into Closed Session.

  Direct staff to continue to process the submitted Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment applications for 789-795 Brant Street in an effort to bring forward a subsequent recommendation report. This report provides a description of the subject applications, an update on the technical review that is underway, and a summary of the technical and public comments received to date.
