The Planning and Development Committee, in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, as amended, held Public Meeting No. 13 on October 3, 2017 to receive the proposed Zoning By-law amendment for 5219 Upper Middle Road & 2004-2005 Georgina Court. Having considered the oral and written comments received from staff and delegations, the Planning and Development Committee received PB-63-17 for consideration.
