    Direct the Director of Finance to report back on the city’s retained savings strategy upon confirmation of the 2018 year-end actual.

    Approve the Temporary Roadside Memorials Policy attached as Appendix A to roads, parks and forestry department report RPF-13-18, as amended, to include a 13 month memorial period and to allow the size of memorials to be 3 feet high, by 3 feet wide, by 3 feet deep.

    Endorse the draft terms of reference for the agriculture and rural affairs advisory committee attached as appendix A to clerks department report CL-15-18; and

    Direct the City Clerk to consult with the advisory committee, once appointed by Council, and report back with a final revised terms of reference at the February 2019 Council meeting; and

    Direct the City Clerk to recommend at least two members from the existing agriculture committee for appointment to the agriculture and rural affairs advisory committee.

    • section 239 (e) litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality or local board, including matters before administrative tribunals; and
    • section 239 (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, with respect to legal department report L-29-18 providing an update on National Homes (Brant) Inc. appeal to LPAT regarding 2100 Brant Street.
