Receive and file finance department report F-22-17 providing the financial status as at March 31, 2017.

Endorse the updated 2017 version of the Principles and Objectives of Sustainable Development contained in Appendix A of capital works department report CW-02-17, as amended, by removing the word "public" before the words transportation and transit in Objectives 10 and 11.

Submit the relevant content/energy data contained in Appendix B of capital works department report CW-25-17 to the Ontario Ministry of Energy to meet the reporting requirements under Ontario Regulation 397/11.

Approve the tender for Contract No.: CW 17-07, Harvester Road area – various streets rehabilitation, submitted by Fermar Paving Limited; be accepted at a total price of $3,731,639.91 (HST included); and

Direct the Mayor and Clerk to execute Agreements of Purchase and Sale in a form approved by the City Solicitor for the acquisition of the land required for this project; and

Direct the Mayor and City Clerk to sign related documents; and

Direct the City Clerk to prepare the debenture by-law; and

Approve the total project cost of $4,176,400; be charged to Capital Order RA0223 to be funded as detailed in Appendix A.

Receive and file capital works department report CW-15-17 regarding the General Brock Surplus School Park Site.

Approve the Corporate Recreational Trails and Pathway Surface Selection Policy (trails surface policy) as Appendix A to capital works department report CW-16-17.

Receive transit department report TR-01-17 and attached agreement in principle outlining the contract terms for the continued operation of the PRESTO electronic fare payment system; and

Authorize the City Manager and Director of Transit to continue to negotiate a new PRESTO operating agreement between the 905 Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area Transit Authorities and Metrolinx that is reflective of the terms of the agreement in principle provided in transit department report TR-01-17; and,

Direct the Director of Transit to provide the final agreement, to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor, to a future Committee of the Whole meeting for authorization by the Mayor and City Clerk.

Approve recommendations contained in confidential legal department report L-11-17; and

Authorize the Mayor, City Clerk and staff to execute any documents in connection with these matters, subject to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor.

Approve the recommendations contained in confidential legal department report L-12-17; and

Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute any documents in connection with this matter, subject to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor.
