Ontario Municipal Commuter Cycling Program (F-14-18)

    Seconded by:Councillor Dennison

    Approve the enabling by-law attached as Appendix A to finance department report F-14-18 to authorize the execution of an agreement with her Majesty the Queen in right of the province of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Transportation for the province of Ontario – Ontario Municipal Commuter Cycling Program; and

    Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Ontario Municipal Commuter Cycling Program (OMCC) Transfer Payment Agreement and any related documents to be applied to the Francis Road bikeway, subject to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor.
