Liz Benneian, Trumpeter Swan Coalition spoke regarding the Trumpeter Swan restoration program. Benneian provided information about the history, significance and current status of the Trumpeter Swan population at LaSalle Park (COW-01-19)

James Sisson spoke regarding the 2019 operating and capital budget overviews and urged committee to maintain a tax increase below 5%.
