    In accordance with the Procedure By-law 31-21 as amended, section 46.1 be waived to allow for the delegation of Doug Brown regarding Amendments to the Public Vehicle By-law to be introduced.

    Deem, in accordance with section 34(10.3) of the Planning Act, that the application submitted on November 5, 2021 by Millington & Associates to amend the Zoning By-law for lands at 2154 Walker’s Line is incomplete as the required information and materials have not been provided; and

    Direct the Director of Community Planning to notify Millington & Associates that the required information and materials have not been provided for the application to amend the Zoning By-law for the lands at 2154 Walker’s Line, in accordance with section 34(10.4) of the Planning Act.

    Waive the Notice Requirement in City Policy CL-09-21, approved by Council on June 22, 2021, which requires that any changes to a Licensing By-law be posted on the City’s website 7 days prior to the meeting at which the matter is to be considered; and

    Approve the amendment to By-law 20-2009, otherwise known as the “Public Vehicles By-law”, to temporarily modify the process in which new taxi owner licences are assigned and provide staff the ability to approve exemptions to requirements that no longer meet 2021 taxi business models, attached as Appendix A in a form satisfactory to the Director of Legal Services and Corporation Counsel.
