Mayor Goldring will present a certificate to Connor Copplestone for his accomplishments in the Army Cadet League of Canada.

Connor Copplestone is an Army Cadet who was selected to participate in the Army Cadet Maple Leaf International Exchange.  Connor was recognized as 1 of 60 among  18,000 youth cadets for his discipline and dedication.
