The Community Planning, Regulation and Mobility Committee, in accordance with the Planning Act, held Public Meeting No.1-23 on January 10, 2023, regarding Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment applications for 789-795 Brant Street. Having considered the oral and written comments received from staff and delegations, the Community Planning, Regulation and Mobility Committee referred community planning department report PL-04-23 to the Council meeting of January 12, 2023.
